Kitchen Rates
You must use the kitchen at a minimum of 8 hours per month. The 8 hours must be paid in full in advance before booking.
PEAK KITHEN TIME
$35 per hour (min 4 hour twice a month)
Rates are based on four (4) hour intervals.

SMALL STORAGE LOCKER RENTALS
$75 Per month
Our Storage Lockers are:
36" wide X 36" deep X 45" high
REFRIGERATOR SPACE RENTALS
$40 per month
Our Refrigerator space is approx.
21" wide X 27" deep X 12" high
OFF PEAK KITCHEN TIME
$30 per hour (min 4 hour twice a month)
Rates are based on four (4) hour intervals.

LARGE STORAGE LOCKER RENTALS
$100 per month
Our Storage Lockers are:
24" wide X48" deep X 60" high
FREEZER SPACE RENTALS
$40 per month
Our freezer space is approx.
21" wide X 27" deep X 12" high
